It's the Season for White

Memorial Day Weekend is here! It's time to put on your whites! Truthfully, I've been wearing whites for a while but if you haven't pulled yours out yet... now is the time.

Now I'll admit that white is not for everyone. Every complexion is different and you have to find the colors that are right for you. But just because white might not be your color doesn't mean you can't wear any white. Most likely you won't benefit from a white dress or white top. What about white pants or white accessories? These might be more likely to fit into your wardrobe if white doesn't flatter your complexion. 

Also don't be afraid to wear white. I've heard lots of people say "oh, you're brave to wear white". They wouldn't wear it for fear of getting it dirty. If that's the case, buy a stain stick and make sure you chose item that is machine washable. Problem solved. 

White is definitely a standout color and a versatile one. White goes with everything so you'll have no problem pairing it. White is great dressed up or down for any occasion. I always make the most of my whites by wearing them to any event from a BBQ to drinks out with friends and everything in between. We're still seeing lots of variations of the "cold" shoulder in the recent trends. Whether it's one shoulder, cold shoulder, off the shoulder or somewhere in between, these styles are still popular and in no rush to disappear.

Additionally the long tie sleeves help to keep the top and neckline in place.
