Is it Spring yet??

I just got back from a sunny warm vacation and I am in full spring mode. Only I've come back to 30 degree temperatures. Clearly Mother Nature and I have our signals crossed. I've had a taste of warmer temps and I'm now done with winter. It's time to move on. Bring on spring.

Even getting a manicure this weekend the girl next to me was talking to the technician about the new spring colors and what to look forward to. We're all feeling the need to move on from a cold winter. I know you're with me!

So as I am looking through my backup of mail I am starting to see some of the new spring fashions make their way into the retail new arrivals. Easter is just a couple weeks away and if you're in need of a dress, there are options available. One of the trends I am currently in love with is the flowy floral maxi dress. The feminine nature of these dresses is classic spring. The soft silhouette is flattering on multiple body types. They are also incredibly comfortable to wear. The ease of this style will make it a quick favorite.

All Dolled Up In Your Sunday Best

This is Easter weekend. Everyone will be parading in their Sunday best and if you live in New England, we are in store for some warm weather. I remember Easter Sundays when spring outfits had to be covered up with wool coats. Not this year! We get to display our Easter outfit without the hassle of cold weather gear!

So of course my next question is: Have you picked your outfit yet? If you’re a mom you probably already know what your kids will be wearing. You’ve already purchase a cute little outfit for the kids. We love opportunities to get them dolled up.

But maybe you haven’t had time to think about yourself. Well, not to worry, you have a couple more days to find something for you! And of course, I’m here with ideas and inspiration. First off, find something colorful. Easter is the best time to wear color. Spring pastels are in full bloom. Stay away from darker colors. Lighter colors will help you feel spring. It will lighten your mood and brighten your outlook!

The assortment of styles means that you can find cuts that will work for different body types and colors for any complexion. Find the combination that works best for you!
